I forget which thread I read this in, but there were some posters talking about how Casey Hudson through out most of the groundwork laid in ME2 regarding dark energy caused by eezo. For it to be good, it'd need to be integrated into the main game. The Indoctrination Theory was pretty cool, but it would have been a pretty ballsy move to have it be a DLC ending. Was disappointed the devs did not take that route. ME fans gave EA / Bioware an out with the whole 'Indoctrination Theory' at the time. I'd really like someone else's take on this. Really the only disapointing thing that comes to mind is the lack of detailed slideshows for all the major characters, but other than that I thought it was a very good conclusion. On one hand I felt great because I finally got my revenge, but on the other I felt really bad about destroying everything the Institute accomplished - and even though I didn't agree with their ways, I could understand their motives.
